TESTIMONIALS
2008-03-30 My wife and I took the morning Na Pali coast tour on Monday March 24 and wanted to be sure you knew how much we enjoyed the tour. It is easy to understand your popularity with the wonderful all local crew we had. They were informative, friendly, very helpful and above all else professional. You could see that they were constantly monitoring the guests to be sure there were no problems and there were none.
We will happily recommend Kauai Sea Tours to our friends. It is a challenge to herd almost 50 tourists around a boat and yet make them feel comfortable and at ease.
Thanks again for a wonderful little adventure.

2008-02-19 Subject: Thank you.
Attention: The Big Boss Man
Well the long flight back home has ended and the experiences are starting to sink in as we explain our vacation to friends and family.
I must say that out of all the things we were able to see and do, Kauai Sea Tours always ends up being our best recollection.
We met Micah Kradin at our resort and his inquisitive helpful nature helped us decide to put our money in your account.
Micah helped us with all our questions and assured us that our 7 year old would have a terrific time on the boat.
We would see whales, go snorkeling, watch dolphins do tricks off the bow !
But first we get you a coffee and some sweet snacks to get you going.
The crew would be friendly, courteous, and always look out for our best interest, which may be,
"How is you drink doing?"
"Can I get you anything else?
"Would you like me to take a picture of you and your family?"
It just never stopped !
We had breakfast and coffee, we sat on the upper deck.
We watched whales, dolphins, and sea turtles, we got a great history lesson.
By the way did you folks get a chance to have lunch ? Eat all you want !
Micah, if you get to read this, thank you mate.
The trip was everything you promised and I will recommend everyone I know that goes to Kauai to book in with your company.
We travel once a year so advise like your is hard to come by.
Jeff, our captain.
Jeff my boy was looking at the picture of him driving you vessel. Sitting in the captains chair made his day.
You must have made an impression because he remembers your name.
Just like an old friend you had not seen in years, you just start a conversation with him and you know right away what kind of person he is.
Genuine!
The crew, as I said previously," awesome".
These people love what they do and who they work for.
So to me that sells a company.
Excellent, personable service, with great value for our money.
All the best.

2007-10-14 Aloha,
A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of joining you for the Sunset Cruise(Tues. 10/24/06). We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed
ourselves, and extend our appreciation to the crew for making it such a memorable experience.
Everyone we encountered at Kauai Sea Tours was fantastic. A special mahalo to Kalani, Kauai, Julie and Jason. The crew was truly exceptional. They were fun, approachable, and extended every kindness. They provided great service, including taking excellent care of those in our group who unfortunately did not fare well on the open ocean.
It was truly a pleasure to sail with Captain Kalani, as his passion and enthusiasm for his job, his crew, his passengers and his island is extraordinary.
We look forward to returning in the near future, and will certainly recommend your tours at every opportunity.
Mahalo and Aloha,

Thank you for a very delightful trip up the NaPali Coast yesterday. We were the recipients of a door prize at the Bali Hai Time Share in Princeville. It was propitious as we had researched and selected a tour from Hanalei originally, but when we arrived, they could not fulfill their obligation due to weather. While we really didn’t want to travel “all that way” to Port Allen, being picked for your coupon was a blessing. There are only three things we’d planned as “have tos” while here in Hawaii: Haleakala, Wiamea Canyon and Na Pali Coast. This was the only one we needed to schedule, and … there you were! And it was delightful, and the drive not all that bad. And to find you served vegetarian was icing on the cake.
We’d like to suggest a couple of things, which I mentioned to Julie:
Since you offer vegan (which we didn’t know before) and vegetarian options, you might wish to let the local vegetarian society know this, and place your fliers in vegetarian/health food stores. Your flier might include a “we are vegan-friendly-contact us for details” as a an invitation to us plant-based people. You also might wish to advertise in Vegetarian Voice (house organ of North American Vegetarian Society), Vegetarian Times and other vegetarian periodicals. When we contacted a few other Na Pali cruises, we were told we’d have to fend for ourselves as vegetarians. You may have a unique niche here—exploit it!
Secondly, don’t know how helpful they were, but we used “sea bands” and had no sea sickness on the trip (I often get sea/air sick under conditions such as we had on yesterday’s Dinner Cruise). Maybe you could add a dollar to the price and offer Sea Bands to people, and for those who don’t return them, the $1.00 may cover the cost for replacement. Just a thought.
Again, Thank You

2007-06-28 Hi Everybody at Kauai Sea Tours...just wanted to send a BIG Mahalo Nu Loa to all of you. We all enjoyed our raft trip to the Napali Coast area...well most of us...my sister can be a whinner...But Greg warned us. So, she zipped it for the day.
My family was on vacation from New Orleans. My brother got married while we were on Kauai. It was a beautiful time for his children to take part in since a wonderful experience.
My family has been through alot in the pass 2 years with all the Katrina effects and aftereffects. This was a nice healing process for us. So, thanks to all....especially our crew...Greg and Ikoki (oops ...hope spelling is right) It was music to my ears to hear my niece say..."that was so fun!!! (with her beaming Zoe smile!!!!!) And, my favorite was seeing all the DOLPHINS...WahOOOO!!!!

2007-05-21 Thanx for the awesome time on the Zodiac tour. The crew was great; really nice and informative. It was one of the highlights of my trip to Kauai and I would go again for sure! Being able to see Kauai on the water and being so close to the Spinner Dolphins was amazing.

I was on the sunset tour with my two sisters and brother-in-law on Friday, April 6th. I had to write and tell you what a blast we had on the Lucky Lady. Your crew (Joe, Austin and Kauai) was awesome, very friendly and helpful! We got to see dolphins and whales, not to mention the amazing Na Pali coast during sunset. Words cannot express how beautiful and majestic the view was. There was a large swell that day, which made the ride out to the Na Pali coast pretty rough but that just added to the fun. Captain Jeff did a great job maneuvering! I will definitely recommend this tour to my friends and will make it a point to visit again. Muchas gracias! Mahalo!

2007-02-16 Aloha All!
I just had to take a moment to get off a quick e-mail to you, thanking you again for one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii. You run a class operation, and your concern for your passengers is exhibited in everything you do. Our Captain, TJ and his crew were great. They are extremely knowledgeable and despite having done the Napali tour previously, learned a great number of things. Even powering through a downpour during a rough spot was fun as it seemed to bring up the whales, spinner dolphins and a number of turtles. We can't wait to go out with you again when we return, which won't be soon enough for me. It's 9 degrees below zero here this morning. Ah, the Windy City J Mahalo!!

2006-10-12 Thank you so much to Captain Kalani, Kauai & Julie. I had the most amazing experiences of my life. I went on the morning tour on 10/01/06 and saw so many Dolphins and even spent a few minutes in the water, (it really helped the sea sickness) it was amazing to be floating so far out in the ocean. I had so much fun that I decided to go again. I took the sunset tour on 10/03/06 and got to see turtles. The best part for me was on the way back. Both trips I road standing on the very front of the catamaran and got to really experience the waves, the ocean and the amazing freeing experience that I had, and some of those waves on the 2nd trip really made me face some fears but I was on cloud 9 and then some. I was so excited that with out thinking about it I threw my hands up and yelled “I’m the Queen of the World” everyone thought that was funny. All of my experiences in Kauai have helped me make some major changes in my life that I previously did not have the courage to make. I can truly say that Kauai changed me forever and will forever be in my heart. I can’t wait to return.
I will be mailing a picture that was taken with the crew shortly.

2006-09-29 Dear Sea Tours Staff,
Recently our family took a trip to Hawaii through the Make-a-Wish
Foundation. We can not begin to express how much this trip meant to our
entire family. My son has been battling cancer for five years beginning
when he was in 7th grade. After a year in remission, his cancer returned
when he was a freshman. Never being able to leave town, he was unable to
have his wish granted. He chose to wait until he felt better and could enjoy
his trip. To say he simply enjoyed the trip would be an understatement.
Each one of us truly savored the opportunity to be together as a family once
again. We had an amazing time.
I just had to take the opportunity to thank Sea Tours for the wonderful
snorkeling cruise we went on. Your staff went above and beyond to see to it
that we were thoroughly taken care of. I truly hope you realize how much
your generosity meant to our entire family, and hope that you will continue
to support the Make-a-Wish foundation for others in the future.
Thank you, and God bless

2006-09-19 We took your Na Pali coast tour last week and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Capt Geoff Wall provided a great commentary and he and his crew were friendly to everyone. We had relatively smooth water outbound and during the visit to the Na Pali coast but a significantly larger sea on our return. It made for variety and illustrated the comfort of your sailboat. We'll take the tour again on our next visit to Kauai.

2006-08-08 Hi Ronnie!
It's me, Jean Pfau, again. I just wanted to let you know that you have
had another very satisfied customer. I referred my cousin and her
husband, Carmen and Jason Villar (from Atlanta, Georgia), to your
wonderful raft tour and beach landing. They just went this past Saturday
(two days ago) and they had an awesome time. They called me yesterday to
say thanks for telling them about the tour and they were happy to inform
me that they had the same Captain and crew member, Wendell and Keao, as we
had. They had nothing but good things to say about them and really felt
that they helped to make the whole experience more enjoyable. I wanted to
pass this information on to you and the guys.

2006-01-15 Aloha from Alaska!
My wife and I took the morning cruise last Sunday with Captain Kalani and (son) Nike, J. Paul, Julie, and Greg. These guys were awesome to tour with. We had perfect weather and saw many whales, including adult breaches as well as a juvenile breach. We also saw spinner dolphins. The Captain provided a lot of information about the Na Pali coast, and even backed us into the opening of a sea cave, and allowed us to get wet in the waterfall from above the cave. We have been highly recommending your morning tour to everyone! Thanks to the Captain and crew for the MOST memorable part of our 10 day stay on the Garden Isle of Kauai!

2005-08-26 Kauai Sea Tours,
We didn't have a chance to sign your comment book on the day of our tour, but still wanted to send along our appreciation. Thank you again for the wonderful time we had on our AM Nu'alolo Kai Beach Land rafting tour on August 9th. At first we were disappointed that we couldn't make a reservation on the catamaran, but the rafting tour was even better than we could have anticipated—photos don’t do the experience justice. The rafting ride along the coast was phenomenal—definitely not for the faint of heart, but nothing could beat the thrill of the riding the waves and feeling the wind and sea spray; being that close to the surface and really seeing how the clarity and depth of the water; and the excitement and joy at the unexpected number of dolphins and sea turtles. The rafting experience really added to our enjoyment of the amazing beauty of the Na Pali--being in the raft, going in and out of the caves, and the landing at the beach and snorkeling. What made it an especially memorable trip were Cap'n TJ and crewmember Jason. Their camraderie and easy going spirit, humor and knowledge really showed us true aloha spirit. I'd have to say this rafting trip was one of the highlights of our ten days on Kauai..

2005-06-10 Kauai Sea Tours,
Hello My name is Jim Talbott, and I had the great pleasure to take one of your sea tours on Monday March 21st. We had captain A'a and J.Paul, and I just want to say that I was very very impressed with the both of them and their ability to work so well together as well as to make everyone on the raft feel welcome and a part of the whole experience. There wasn't a question that either the one or the other couldn't answer. They were friendly, helpful, cooperative and just plain fun to be around. And quite frankly that's exactly what I was looking for. So, for me it was an awesome experience.
I know it's hard, but with good people like A'A and J. Paul as an employer myself I would reward them for the little extras that they do to make these excursions special. That's what keeps people coming back, and also recommending others to these wonderful trips. To me they both epitomize the concept and actuality of the aloha spirit, which made my vacation the awesome experience that it was. Thanks so much for such a fabulous experience.
Thanks,
Jim Talbott Maine
2005-05-30 Kauai Sea Tours,
Just a quick note to say mahalo nui loa to you and the outstanding crew of the Lucky Lady! Danny and I had a really great afternoon in the sun, in the wind, in the rain, and finally in our gorgeous clear waters on the Na Pali Coast. Captain Bruce, crew Lee, J.Paul, and Charlie, were all so attentive to everyone and took good care of all of us. We know how lucky we are to live on Kauai, but this special adventure made us realize how this island is truly blessed. You are all part of it..
Thanks again,

2005-02-08 Aloha,
My best friend and I enjoyed a rafting adventure through Kauai Sea Tours on February 5th, 2005. Our captain was Wendell (sp?) and the crewmember or "gilligan" (as we liked to call him) was Larry. Both were tremendously funny and a blast out on the raft. They were helpful for those of us who NEVER snorkled. We had the opportunity to see the dolphins swimming under and around the raft putting on quite a show! We also got to see a sea turtle as we were snorkling. Anyway, Mahalo for a wonderful day and a totally awesome tour. If I am fortunate enough to make it back to the garden island, Kauai Sea tours will definitely be a part of my trip!
Mahalo to Capt. Wendell and Larry. You guys were awesome!

2004-11-09 I just wanted to say thank you for making my trip to Kaua'i something I will never forget. My grandmother and I did the sunset cruise, and I have never experienced anything better. It was so much fun, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! With my grandmother being 81, I was a little worried about how she would do on the cruise. But the crew was so amazing, helping her anytime she might need it. I think she had more of an adventure than she thought she could still handle! The personablity and knowledge of the captain and crew (particularly Dominick,:) what a cute boy!) made the experience even more amazing. I wish I could do it all over again tomorrow...and every day after that. So, thanks again.
Sincerely,

Just wanted to take a moment and thank you for such a wonderful afternoon cruise along the Na Pali coast. The captain and crew were knowledgeable, funny, and personable. I highly recommend this trip to everyone. Thanks again. The Barnes

Dear Ronnie,
Our NaPali tour with Kauai Sea Tours was fantastic! It was all that we expected and more! You are very right to prepare people. This is not a sissies' boat ride! The raft trip was exhilarating, breath-taking, and gave us a day worth remembering! (Especially the following day :>) Your staff was marvelous, with the right combination of fun and information. Bruce and Joey know the waters well, and that's important to a safe and enjoyable trip. It was a wonderful change of pace from our AZ desert!!! I'd do it again!!!
Thanks again! Mahalo!

Ronnie,
It was really nice meeting you last weekend. I just wanted to say thank you very much for all your help and for encouraging me and my husband, Kevin to do the Nu'alolo Kai beach land raft tour. We had an incredible time! Your staff and especially our Captain, Wendell and crew member, Keao were awesome! Their professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. I knew from the beginning that we would be safe because of the Captain's rules and the directions he gave all of us. My husband and I have done a lot of traveling and this was by far, one of our best experiences. We really enjoyed the beach landing and the hike. Keao gave us a great tour and we were fascinated by the cultural experience. It would truly be a shame if you were not able to continue landing on the beach. Your guys made sure that we all followed the rules and they made sure that we left nothing behind and left everything as is. Is there someone at DLNR that I could write to, to encourage the renewal of your permit? I felt that it was very educational and that more people should have a chance to experience such a wonderful look into our past.
Because I had such a blast, I've been telling everyone who will listen to me. I have your Poster/calendar up at work and have been telling everyone that they have to go on one of your tours. I've been giving those who ask, your website, so I hope that they do contact Kauai Sea Tours.
Mahalo for such a great time! Please pass on our comments to Wendell and Keao, they had a lot to do with it! Also, please don't hesitate to let me know how I can help, or who I can write to.

We would be happy for you to use the pictures we took while on your cruise. We will always remember the personal touch that your group took
with us when we took the NaPali dinner cruise with Kauai Sea Tours. We were very impressed with your ability to get us very close to some
humpback whales and dolphins. I don't remember taking as many pictures as we did on just a single excursion before. When we return to Kauai we will
be sure to take the cruise again.
